Staging for Selling means accentuating the positives of a home while diminishing the impact of any negatives.  At ModSouth, we recommend staging before the photographer & certainly prior to an open house  in order to facilitate a quicker sale at the best price. Our process involves first decluttering & depersonalizing, then recreating the space to appeal to a wide range of buyers utilizing your decor or our inventory.

MiniMOD begins by sharing ideas via snapshot, Houzz ideabook or even a torn out magazine page. (old school but still effective :)  We brainstorm over your space & schedule an in-home session.  We'll arrive raving about the possibilities of your space then get to work addressing color, texture, functionality or whatever suits your fancy!  You take notes on our suggestions & future ideas then DIY.  We'll do a progress check in the weeks to follow & offer whatever help needed along the way!

MegaMOD starts like the MiniMOD with copious planning (& coffee).  Then with your preferences & special requests in mind, we take your ideas & run with them.  Whether this entails  1-2 rooms or a full gut remodel, the result will be an awe inspiring space reflecting a style that is uniquely you!  MegaMOD is the fullest expression of our mission:  transforming what you have into what you need!
